Driving foam tires is fun. Being kind of quick with them is pretty easy. Trying to be really fast with them, is really hard. I personally prefer 1/12 scale on the rug.

Foam tire racing is fun, but it screws with your head when you go back to rubber tires. Espcially when your running rubber on carpet, and watching some other guys run foam! All you can think is, MAN why did I sign up for rubber today!

On a completely different note, I ran a spool for the first time this weekend. Trying to get an idea of what it feels like. I actually liked it. So I guess I'm ready to give it a shot with the Mi3 now.

VERY true statement. You just think you a somewhat decent driver till you head to a big race and end up in the "D"!!! I love foams though, so I will be hitting the rug hard this summer to prep for Vegas. YAHOO!!!!!!!!
