Any car out there will be good with the right setup. The Mi3 is coming out right around the corner and will be worth a few weeks wait if your thinking about getting a new car. If you need something ASAP get the Mi2 and I'm sure the people on here can help with a setup for any kind of track you race on.

The T2 is I would say a little more adjustable but the MI2 EC does work well overall and can be made to work as good as most new cars out. The MI3 will just be a huge improvement overall as the car will have adjustable everything so fine tuning will be alot easier. Another thing is the new car is so much easier to work on which will be very cool.

I am a novice, so bear with me. What will make the Mi3 so easy to adjust and work on as compared to the compitition (X-Ray T2 007, Corally Phi, Losi JRXS type R, others) ?

Thanks...............

I am starting from scratch with touring cars and want to start right.

The first thing about the Mi3 that's going to be easier to work on is the diff and spur gear access. The Mi2 and EC required basically half the car to be taken apart to remove the diffs. Many of the current cars have split bulkheads that only require 4 screws to get to the diffs, but then the shocks and shock towers, camber links, etc... are loose and can be kind of a pain. The Mi3 has 2 screw access to the diffs and it doesn't effect the shock towers, camber links, or anything when you take the diffs out. Also, the way the camber links, pivot blocks, etc... mount, it truly has infinite adjustability. As thin as you can get a shim, that's how fine of an adjustment you can make to roll centers, camber link locations, anti squat, pro squat, rear toe, etc... The quality of Schumacher cars has always been top notch.

The Mi3 is on a whole new level of touring car.they took all of your standard adjustments and added more.there have always been a pros and cons between arm mounts on the bulkheads and arm mounts on the chassis.they have the best of both worlds.the camber link adjustment, wheelbase adjustment, belt tension adjustment, track width adjustment, and roll center adjustment are much easier and more accessible than whats on the market as of now.changing spurs is quicker and so is removing the diff without removing the towers.they have set new standards for the touring car market.hats off to them for raising the bar.

i cant wait to get mine

thanks bro.i am really impressed with the car.PW and Alex got there cars working extremely well in a very short amount of time.there is more adjustments so i thought it would take alot longer for them to get comfortable.it really ran good.i cant wait to see when they really nail a setup.

Scanning over the boards at Schumacher's website, I've been seeing more reports of production kits hitting the tracks and doing well. Thats always good to hear.

It would be nice to see some pics of those production cars and more info come out now that things seem to be getting closer.

That calm before the lauch always kills me! As long as I have some new info or pics to look at, I can make it.
