Got the Schuie looking really good in mod for the regionals. Gil Losi JR put in a good run in the 3rd round that knocked me to 7th. We have one more qualifying round tomorrow. So far with the Mo set up I can hold my own with some of the big shots here. David Jun even made it down. I'll have more to report later on. I'm going to bed.

Ran my EC for the first time since end of July or so. Car never missed a beat but I think the rusty driver did. Nice to get old my car and have it work just like when I put it away. Guess I will be starting back to running touring some and messing with my car. Want to try Adrians setup he posted a while back and see how it compares to my modified Weylin setup I run now on the asphalt. The track is indoor asphalt and has tons of traction. The new layout is pretty flowing this time.

Hi all

Just run my EC today for the first time and I must say its excellent and a big improvement over my MI2 particularly the drive train.

We are now running on carpet and I've set my car up with Kevin Brunsdens carpet wars rubber setup. The only problem I have with the car is its loose off power coming into the corners. What should I change to increase grip to the rear without upsetting the car too much?

You could take away a little rear droop. That'll keep it from transferring as much weight forward going into the corner.

I ran last night at SoCal. The car was awesome. I made a couple of minor adjustments to the car from the last race there and almost won Modified. But I choked on the second to last lap and caught a dot just enough to loose the lead. Ended up second. I almost beat a friend of mine who I've never been able to keep up with at SoCal before. Overall, I'm really happy with the way the car's working there and I think the car surprised a few people tonight.

Thanks for that although I'm only running 2mm rear droop so I'll take it back to 1mm and try it.

I know I can do a pretty good job of busting them up!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like the SIM better as I can just reset it every time I smack the ground. Wish I could do that with the my R/C ones.

My local shop has the G3 sim setup and I mess with it all the time. I spend more time wrecking planes and heli's when I'm at the shop but it is so fun to just hit the reset and wreck them again, again and agian. I can fly the planes pretty decent but those heli's are a another ball game thats for sure. I try to fly them up side down all the time and just end up smacking the rotor blades in the ground and try to drill to China.
I like to try to fly into the people at certain flying fields. Now if the sim would just show blood when I hit them that would be great.
