rebound is the amount / force / speed the shock shaft extends from the shock after being compressed.

(push the shock in, and if it rebounds quickly, and to full distance you have lots of rebound)...if it doesnt come out on its own force you have none

To adjust rebound, try more or less oil in the shock, and various foam bobbins or orings inside the top cap

Ok so you’re saying its pretty much trial and error? Try a couple different things until i achieve 0 rebound. And then repeat those steps for the remaining shocks?

To get 0 rebound, you'll need to bleed the shock. I like to have about 1/2 a shaft length of rebound in my shocks. If you have more than that after building them with nothing inside the bladder, hold it sideways, push the shaft in about 1/2 way and loosen the cap until you feel the pressure on the shaft release, then tighten it up again. This should give you about the right rebound. Try and make sure both sides are as close to matched as you can get.

Thanks.

I just want to try a couple different configs. I've been been runing with about 1/2 rebound (i usually go on how quick it rebounds) but wanted to see if i could tell the difference when running 0 rebound.

Speaking of which. What is the difference in feel IYO?

I'll be testing my new steering rack again tomorrow. Last week it worked really well. It seemed to make the front end really pull the car around the track. A little too much in fact. I got the car pretty good for the main but it wanted to rotate a little too much mid corner. But it really helped a lot with the turn in. I have a couple of things to try tomorrow.

Shock length really isn't going to affect handling at all al long as they're long enough to allow enough droop and they're even left to right.

Hey, guy's. just a quick question on the MI2.

What a good lenght for the steering rack. the connection rod between the two. And also what a good lenght for the connection rod between the servo to the rack. thanks

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Oh by the way Happy Canada Day.
And best of luck to the team @ the worlds.
