That track is sweet. I could never run stock on something like that though

I wouldn't want the task of dealing with spoiled factory guys. You have my highest respect.

The track is in Jackson NJ. It is Team Trinity's test track and pretty much used to be Express's as well. I know what you are saying about not being able to run stock there, BUT I have to establish myself somehow and if you can compete against the competition around here in stock and 19T, you can compete anywhere. I will probably end up signing up for 19 as well at the track just for some more track time and so that Im not bored all day LOL
Been thinking about removing the spacers and lowering the transmission from my EC so its like the US carpet spec for racing carpet with rubber tyres. Anyone had any exparience doing this? Are there any avantages?disadvantages? Thinking also about using the carpet towers and may be the 2.5 mm top deck just to try to get that little more corner speed.
All thoughts gratefully recieved
Cheers

Mine is currently lowered, using std towers that have had the link holes slotted to compensate.
I would think that the stiff top deck would be too stiff for rubbers. However std is probably a bit soft. I will probably try a 2.5 with quite a bit of material removed.
