Default TopCad shocks / dampers any good?

I was thinking about getting some TRF shocks and was looking around at different online stores when I came across a brand I'd never heard of before - topcad.

Does anyone know if these shocks are any good or not? They look like you put oil in them from the bottom - which I don't like. But I can't tell for sure. Do they use a bladder? What I really liked about them was they were only $15 a pair and they came in shiny silver... but I'm not going to get them unless someone says they are any good.

Here's a link to them on www.dinball.com:

If you click on the picture you get a nice big picture.

Yes, I realize it's just an aethetics thing, but are the TRFs available in Silver? All I've found are Red, Blue and Grey (gun-metal).

Thanks.

Black and Silver - BMI TC3. The only blue is the shocks, and I was thinking of going to the TRFs, so I just thought if I could get silver it would complete the 'look'.
