Default Nemesis 17.5 vs. EA Duo 17.5 vs. Express Duo 17.5

Ok, here is a can of worms for you guys. Which one is the fastest? I know the Nemesis isn't out yet, so we can speculate on that one!

I'm putting it in a 1s powered 12th scale with a Tekin RS for ESC duties.
Are the 'tuned' motors from the above companies worth it?

Opinions welcome!

I can tell you as one of the guys that does the dynoing for Epic that you can't go wrong with any of your choices

Reading between the lines that says they are all about the same. Our testing shows there is nothing in it between DUO 1's and 2's. All brands come from the same factory!

All motors do not come from the same place. Duo motors are made by one company nd the Nemesis is made by another. The factories may produce motors for multiple companies but each Epic motors are designed nd engineered by Jim Dieter to get the most out of the motor Epic sells.

I was trying to say that any DUO 1 or 2 motor come from the same factory. Be it Trinity/Epic, Express, EA, Murphdog, Fantom........

I don't have an opinion yet on the Nemesis as they are not on the market yet.

just a note the duo 1 was faster and the motor of choice at cleveland us indoor champs last month over the duo 2. that and the novak ballistic although that being a different style. now I saw a nemisis this weekend and can't really give a honest opinion as the driver wasn't one of the more consistant drivers. but it loooked fast just like to see it tested more before I give a review.

All Duo based motors from fantom, express, Ea all go through Epic so yes they are all from the same place.

EA previously described a few things to me that he does to make his BL motors better than what you should be getting directly from the factory. I vote for EA. Have used his stuff for years.

Bill...Not sponsored by anyone...LOL

You can't go wrong with EA. Not saying anything negative about the others. I just know from personal experience that EA's stuff has MEGA horsepower and his customer service and knowledge base is second to none. Give Eric a call. You'll be glad you did.
