3300kv 7700kv is the RPM per Volt.
but doesn't mean for it's Power Differences
So Lower kv Doesn't result in power,
Power Result's is at the armature Coils, Mention in Turn.
that will cause the kv to be diffrent,
you will see 3300kv and 7700kv in the same Turn/Winds
But it will Result in Diffrent Weight and Size of the Winds, and motor.
and if you had the same size and weight, More Winds might result lower kv
which mean Lower Power Draw (Lower Powers).
what you feel on 3300kv is More Torque, that's because 3300kv is easy to reach Top End RPM. But Lag of RPM, With Less Power.
This would also depend on what Top End you are reaching,
So With the right Final Ratio, 7700kv will be better than 3300kv.
So kv is not to measure kt ( Torque ) and Power.
