Magnet zapper

Hello Everyone,

Could you, please help me where can I buy a magnet zapper that I can use in Europe(220 V) used as well!

Thanx

Dr Smooth 03-11-2004 01:04 PM

Team1 makes one I think that is the best
one you can get for the money.

I'm not sure that the Team1 zapper does 220v.

www.team1rc.com You can contact them through there.

Yes you can, they have a phone number
that you can call and speak to someone,
the only think is that they make it to order, so I would think that they could
make what you want, give them a call,
good luck.

First of all thanx to everyone, unfourtunately I got in contact with them and they don't make them for Europe.
Any other ideas?!

Integy has magnetic module for their 240 volt battery Xapper .Integy

A friend found company that builds power transformers, printed out some pictures of zappers (there is a good build magneto charger DIY article out on the net which also helped a lot) and asked them if they'd be willing to build one. He got very lucky, they instantly got very interested in the project and he ended up paying only for the cost of materials.

Hi Andsetinn,

Thanx for the info on integy!
Do you know if it would be possible to get into contact with that Company your friend has a contact to?
That would probably be a lot more cost effective?

Cheers

I doubt it would be cost effective, we have 24,5% Value Added Tax. Shipping of this heavy package is expensive. Then you'd have to clear customs and pay tax in your country.

But you have another option, that is to buy 110 volt zapper and run it from 220/110V transformer.

Hi Vic,

Get in touch with Glyn Ward in the UK, he makes the best magnet zapper you can buy. Permanent magnets, no voltage required, totally portable.
He builds great mod motors as well.
