Exclamation Help! sanwa M8 FATAL ERROR

my radio isnt work properly. i got a message that says FATAL ERROR on the LCD and continuously beeps. was curious about the controls were you activate the ABS feature. i push the button on DATA INT and other menu as well. now my M8 doesnt work properly anymore. please help! or if you have instructions on how to fix this please email me at [email protected] or PM me thanks! i would really appreciate it.

Have you tried to contact the service center? I'm sure the number is in the instruction book and i'm positive they could tell you on the phone how to fix it or what the problem is.

I have the same problem 3 years ago. When I did exactly like what you just did.


Had to sent it back.

My friend had this experience. He brought it to Singapore and a guy right there fixed this with only less than 1 minute. But they didn't want to told him how to fix it, what an a$$ !!!

Hi Guy I have the same problem a few ago and it is very simple fix..you have to reset your radio and I forgot it, right now I'm tried to think how is done.Let you know later

Hav u tryed to call Airtronics yet? How about u go back to place where u bought it and ask them to fix it. If not, try reading the manual on resetting it. I think to reset it, u press the - and + buttons a few times? Not sure, never happened to mine.

The new Futaba radios also display the same error when the trim rates have gone awol. Reset the trim rates back to centre and see how that goes.
