i believe the main concers with the bd is availability, tekin is readily available online,my personal opinion in no it should not be banned especially being only a couple of days away.

I must disagree with you. You go out and try to by a Tekin...they are out of stock everywhere!

I was under the impression the ban was also for its performance along with availabiltiy. If that is the case then the new Tekin software should not be legal for this race either as its way faster than the other was. Puts it on par with the AE and Mamba now which is good that their is an alternative to a 350.00 speedo.

Software (free or not) is a product just like the hardware. The rules about availability are not very well defined. But if you use ROAR's guidelines the product must be available 14 days prior to the event.

What will the entry list tell you that is so important? I would rather have them make sure that the facility and scoring system and track and tech area and pits are all ready to go before I get to Trackside.

You appear to be just down the road from the facility, perhaps you should stop on out and check it out.

if the tekin speedo and/or new software is not allowed to race then the mamba max pro and the sxx should not be allowed either along with the ae speedo....... common people where does it end. instead of a motor war it is now a speedo war. just more money out of our pockets. jeremy

I know 2 other people and my self have got them late last week. I don't really think availability is a issue for Tekin.
