use heat gun or blowdryer on tires. make it bit soft and put them on. you can also use tire warmer.

drop the tire in a cup of hot water until it becomes a little bit soft ( around 30 seconds i guess), then press it into the rim, it's easy!

That's the trick.

You can also put the wheels in the freezer while the tires are in hot water. Then push like your life depends on it. I stand on them with shoes on, that works pretty well.

I just use my fingers to do all 4 tires with only little strength with my method! But anyway either way would work, buddy.
