Default receiver pack with Spektrum receiver???

i just built up a rc12r5.1. im using a Spektrum sr3100 receiver. im using the Dynamite 180mah receiver pack...which should plug into my receiver. my question is, can that be plugged into the BIND slot? the steer, throttle and AUX slots are used. my transponder plugs into the AUX spot. anyone?

Should be able to...I've got all 4 slots filled on mine too with steering, throttle, transponder and Novak booster and it works fine.

Maybe you can help me with my question then.

I have a Spektrum SR3300T and I was wondering if the following setup is correct before I fry the receiver :

- Servo into STR port
- LRP SPX into THR port
- MRT Transponder into AUX port
- Spektrum Booster into BIND/RS port ???

It's the last one that I'm a bit doubtfull about .

If anybody can clarify this, don't want to fry my receiver or transponder.

Thanks,
Erik

The voltage pins are all common in a reciever, its only the pulse that makes a difference on what channel your using, so you could plug your booster into any of the slots, you just wouldn't have steering if you pluged it into that slot.

So, yes you will be fine as you have it.

I've been browsing through topic pages for hours now looking for the definite answer.
Thanks a lot for the confirmation.

Might want to check/clairify that.... The stupid HPI rtr receivers have no voltage at the battery pins. Yeah, I know its a cheap two channel rx, but I have a bunch of guys using them... can't plug a PT into it.. nothing there.. need a splitter on the steering servo.
