Yokomo MR-4TC BD
i have a Yokomo Mr 4TC and it is by no means a cheap car and should be able to cope with anything i can throw at it but i have upgraded to a 5.5t Novak GTB Brushless and at my local club its no possible to push my car for the entire race (3 mins) due to the tempreature in the rear diff getting too high and melting the diff pulley which is plastic i have tried diffrent diff pressures and lubricants non work in lowering the temprature.

so you have a melting diff problem in the rear?
this has been covered numerous times in the yokomo BD thread.
usually what people have done is upgrade to the aluminum diff halves and the yokomo bx diff screw (to prevent slipping). Obviously, you'll get a bunch of different answers as how to build your diff properly, as well (but make sure IT IS built properly).
check this out
cheers.

You can use BD5 aluminum diff outdrives, it fits on BD with no problem at all.
