Believe me, I wish it wasn't. It is the only thing that I don't have a receipt for so I can't get it fixed under warranty. I just purchased a hitec 5965 servo off of another forum member so I should be good to go in time for this weekend's races.

Anyone know where I can find a KV to Turn conversion chart for brushless motors. Or can someone just tell me what KV is equivalent to a 8.5T brushless?

here is mine, installed in my 416 car, havent had the time to do it properly yet, but it gives you an idea of how huge the esc is! it hangs out quite a bit.. and its too large to be turned 90 degrees without having a lp servo (will be a 9550 in the car before i test it...)

Wow they told me that the speedo was big, but this is very big.
Can't they make it smaller? How do you fit it in a 1:12?
Or is the 1 cell version smaller?

The 1S version is the same size but is missing the fan. It's larger because the CAPS are internal and the case goes around the motor and battery wires.

It fits fine in a TC if you place the RX on top of the servo or use a low profile servo in a Tamyia.

Ok didn't now that the caps were in the speedo.
Still I think it's big for a 1:12 the 1 cell version.
It is cheap and fast. But I stay with my Tekin.
