SpdJunky: FK rear shock tower (car is FK version)...I couldn't tell you the length of the shafts without pulling them out, but I have been running the T1 lower mounts with no problems so far. The mounts on the car are 15.5mm long and the T2's that I tried to use are 13.5mm and also use a different size pivot ball.

Chris: Thanks for looking let me know if you come up with anything!

If you are looking for the 6-cell graphite chassis, used is about all you will find...and more than likely it will be on a roller. New ones (IF you can find one) are still around 100 bucks. I have a couple of BMI carpet chassis' I'm not using if you are interested...shoot me a PM.

Driftings pretty easy on the car thou, no high speed crashes (??)
Not exactly 'figure 8' Racing...

Just realized I have tweak in the car and the lens was dirty ...
The keen eye will notice quite a few changes from the norm. No grinding was done to the bulkheads to fit the lipo in. The SMC packs are physically smaller than the other packs and fit very nicely into place.
I'll clean it up a little more and get the tweak out and repost if anyone has any questions....

Extra brace between front bulkheads
Wide top deck
Aluminum shock bodies
Aluminum steering knuckles/rear uprights

If I got all of them do I win $66 off of my next order and free shipping? Sweet ride!

Oh man way off .. lol

The brace isn't really a 'brace'. The brace that goes between the rear bulkhead will soon be replacing the 'brace' in the front, and two will be going in the rear. This way I can adjust the arms easier from the outside instead of loosening the bolts from between the bulkheads which is a pain. Right now in the front I am using T2 style alum holder (302033)which does not have threads like the older FK04 ones (302032). The rest of them I will drill the threads out to save some $.
I pretty much replaced the button heads with Socket head cap screws as it is easier to use my ball driver on everything that way.. Wheel screws, Motor screws, Toe adjustment etc.

The front bumper was made out of old Carbon fiber, drilled and tapped to accept the sway bar using mounts from the rear sway bar.

The diffs and steering post had to be flipped to run the servo on the other side. So now I have to use the FK05/older T2 Multi diff in the front. 305102

I have had this car for 3 years or so.. I had all the different top decks for it, split, solid and wide solid. When running TransAm the wide one just seemed to work the best.

The Alum stuff .... well thats for 'other' hacks and to make sure I finish the race .. lmao

The old alum shock bodies are just that... OLD! They haven't been available for about 3 years. The shock ends, shafts and spring retainers are all T2 stuff. Oh .. and the supension holders in the front are T2 also. This allows for 1mm of wheel base adjustment front to back and widens the front by about 2mm. TA wheel base is narrow in the front. When you add toe to the rear it makes the rear even wider yet

Default sloppy T1 pivot ball

Hi there.
Is there a way to 'fix' sloppy T1 pivot ball links?? (one bad, others seem OK)
Or is there a part that needs to be replaced (hopefully parts still available locally)

Just picked up a 2nd T1, happy happy joy joy
