Default T1R CARPET FOAM SETUP

Looking for a starting point for a foam tire/carpet stock motor setup for my new xray T1R. I have searched this forum and others for help and most setups I have been able to find are for T1FK. When running other cars (xxxs and tc3)I was able to find setups on the mfg web site but not the case with xray. I race on a large indoor carpet track and good stock lap times are in the low 14sec range with mod drivers able to get down to 12.9sec. I have installed stiffer springs(purple front and violet rear) gone to 2 holes open front and rear in the shocks. I am interested in what has worked for others on carpet???????

On MYTSN.com are many set-ups, also for the T1R.
You just have to click at the set-up link and the only thing you have to change in the search function is the chassis you use (select XRAY T1 RAYCER).
And you'll get 2 pages full of set-ups.
Very handy, and good if you want A basic set-up for a any type of track or conditions.

Default 130 Plus Size Spur Gears

Who makes spurs in the 128-134 range that fit the xray?

I found PRS but they are out of stock on some sizes.

Any other options.

Senna, PRS is the only company I've seen that makes spurs larger than 128.

Parma is the best one out there for carpet and pretty much for any surface. As for asphault, I personally think the Mazda 6 is the best.

I was wondering if the set up above will work for the T1 factory kit ?

I am using our normal club set up, and am always looking for something new to try.

We race on high traction carpet, with the normal 27 turn stock motor.

All suggestions welcomed

Go to CEFX.net. You should find some good setups for the FK there.
