I have a QC2 with Futaba 203, PLENTY of space, infact I even have the Novak Super Cap, all laying flat on the chasis

The way I have it is receiver up front, with the "length" side facing the front, stick it as far front and inside as possible.
I have the speedo on the back outside, with the 3 wires towards the batteries...
Since the speedo is on the outside part of the little square area, I have enough space to put the cap on the inside back section of the little square area.
I hope this makes sense..
My gf has my digital cam, so no pics...

I have heard lots of talk about the Xray that the fit and finish and craftmanship is top-notched. What about the battery slots on the bottom chassis, are they already machined to accomodate the battery or do we still have to file the 45 degrees slop?

If I correctly recall, the T1R has the 45 degree angle for the battery and you file the graphite(EVO2).

I would recommend the T1R chassis with the solid graphite upper deck over the EVO2 chassis. The Evo2 does not seem stiff enough for carpet IMHO. The BMI and Warpspeed offers should help with a rigid ride.

Guys,
I've just installed the Front-1-way on my T1R,and i need some help in setting it.
Do i need to change the stock springs(purple front/blue rear)
and damping or roll centers?

I made the change mainly to get more steering..but i hope only to get 25% more steering and not too much that to make the car act crazy..
This will sort of be my 1st time actually 'upgrading' to the one-way,whereas all the other cars already come with it.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Default 200mm body

is it possible to put a 200 mm lola body on the T1R. Has it been done and does it work at all. Is there a 190mm lola body.

Yes, the short arms are from the T1M 1/12th scale XRay. I've got a set but haven't installed them yet. I posted some pics a ways back on 1/15.

Default Setup station for Xray - Hudy or Integy?

I've just picked up a used T1...

for setup I have access to the Hudy 1/10 touring setup station (not ultimate) or the Integy setup station (without case) both will cost me approximately the same.

Does anyone have a recommendation as to which one I should pick up and why?

Thanks in advance

Default integy

Buy the integy setup system...much easier to see the lines! I had both and sold the Hudy....everyone that has used mine likes it better than their Hudy.
