Okay. I'm going to be making plastic ones because replicating them in graphite is going to be next to impossible given my resources and they won't be nearly as strong. All that graphite stuff snaps and breaks so easily if the components aren't prepared properly. I'd rather you guys have durable parts.

IF there are enough people that want them, we can start the process... but I need to make sure that people are absolutely committed to them because it is a lot of money and time involved.
I see is there a way that I can just order 1 from them for testing then if it works I would be willing to put of the time and money if you want to send me the contact info I would be willing to endure the time and cost if it works out.

I think you must be misunderstanding... the cost is the same for 1 as it is for 50 because they have 0 in stock and have to make them in Japan (offshore being not USA) for this specific size. To me, it would just make sense to spend a few bucks and get the shorter tensioner from someone. Hope that explanation helps a bit more.

Arms front and rear as well as some extra parts have been ordered so I can try my hand at a little mold making after modifying the parts. Should know something on that in a few weeks but it's a very very busy time of year. On the belt front, I have around 12-13 left. That number may go down to 4-5 after today. There are 10-15 on the way to me but more will have to wait because they are having to produce more. Just an FYI.

Just an update Josh,
My XXXS is still running strong on the first test belt you sent.
I have broken arms and a shock but the belt keeps on ticking.
I haven't even readjust the tension yet but I will be doing a maintenance tear down and will be inspecting everything closely.
If you guys and girls haven't picked up your belts yet, you should! Best belt you can get, period.

Thanks again Josh and Happy New Year everyone!

Josh,
Just a suggestion.......always get a 50% PayPal deposit upfront, then if they don't honor their commitment to you they lose the deposit and you can offer the product to those that keep their word. The honor system is a thing of the past. I received my belts here in Cancun and they are great. Thanks for doing this. Tom

It's not a problem. I found other buyers for the remaining belts that people didn't pay for. Then, I ordered 50 more which should arrive today. I appreciate those who've paid and those who were in the testing group. Hopefully, I can get around to making a few arm molds soon. It's been a crazy start of the new year.

Hey guys, we now have a belt that will fit without any sort of modification... Works perfect, direct replacement.

Do tell.
It looks like the xxxs will live on. Sadly, all my xxxs stuff is gone but I'm glad to see the car has an after life.
