If you make this happen, it is truly a new lease on life for this platform. The Xxxs has a winning history, as of the last few years it has been a beast at bigger VTA races. Without a supply of adapters, though, it has failed to be a go-to car for many. When a used roller can be found for around 50 bux, but a MF adapter (if you can find one) goes for 30-40.... well you see what I am saying. So we are definitely all-smiles at the thought of someone taking this project on.

To be honest this is a very easy project, it's getting done 100%, and soon.

Lightbulb

Ok preliminary measurements are as follows: The base that rides against the spur is 28mm in diameter. There is a 1mm lip on the bottom side that surrounds the bearing insert(on the backside but no bearing goes in here) to hold the spur straight. The openings for the bearings are 9mm and in the center 3mm down from the pulley side is a lip to hold the frontside bearing in place, this extends the entire length of the opening as the bearing on the backside of the spur does not go inside the adapter but rather rides inside the spur gear. From pulley side to the rear lip it measures a thickness of 8mm. The pulley itself is somewhat hard to measure but seems to be approx. 6mm wide. I'm sure my explanations are far from perfect so please let me know what else is needed.

Also the mounting holes from center to center are 16mm apart.

Nah you're gonna need the spur gear adapter for sure. Hopefully someone starts making them again as they give these cars a new lease on life. Unfortunately they are few and far between at this time.

I think I have an idea. Skater-Deez1... I DM'd you. If I can make a good mold and find a decent enough polymer, I could cast a few gear adaptors. Thoughts?

I'm sure you could sell quite a few. It would definitely be a welcome addition. I'm interested.
