The Track is my home track and I really wish I could commit to this race, but am expecting another baby boy March 21st. If I am able to race I'm in for some 17.5 Touring.

VTA will be per ROAR rules. Tires will be HPI VTA tires, you all know what tire is the right tire. Rules are in the ROAR rule book for motor/battery combinations. This will be a National Championship class.

We are allowing Sportsman drivers to sign up in Expert and vice versa in all classes for this event. We still will not allow Mod racers to reg for sportsman. So to answer your question YES anyone can run 17.5 Foam TC, it is not or was not intended to be a sportsman class.

Quick question,
As for VTA, the rules are posted, but are we running newer ESC software in VTA? I think the "OPEN" rules were posted long before new software came out....
Or are we limiting the software?
