Default Tc4 drifter

K I am a nwb when it comes to on road. I have a old tc4 and a friend got me hooked on drifting. I know I need the right tires hard plastic. But what ells do I need to make it drift. It is all stock. Do I need to go brushless or not? Can the tc4 even be a competiteve drifter?

I have a TC4 RTR which I use for drifting. It is pretty much stock apart from the drift tires, 15t peak motor (old one died overtime just like any motor). I run -.5 camber and run thin oil in front shocks and thick in the rear (can't remember what grade). Have a read through here - http://www.drccentral.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=45 Another good place is http://www.driftercentral.com
