it was run as an experimental class in 2008 nationals but only had a handful of entries all year.
From what I saw a 4.5 with 4 cells was no faster than lipo 10.5, and to get any proper pace from it you would be very very close on duration.....

We had someone at West London running 3.5 4cell in the Pro stock class, it had the speed down the straight but was a bit slow out of the corners.

They run a 4 cell mod class at Bedworth on a wednesday night... They're on about the same pace as the 10.5's just with more legs on the straight.

i heard some talk of 1s lipo touring and it sparked my interest. i hear a 3.5t on 1s is like a 13.5t on 2s. i figure if the four cell stuff worked out the 1s stuff should also.
