2010 ROAR ONROAD PAVED NATS TO BE HELD AT NORCAL HOBBIES IN CA.

This will be a short post as my thumbs are numb from putting stickers on tires
I just wanted to thank everyone who showed up and made this event what it was. Without you, the racers coming out and supporting ROAR and NorCal it would not be as good as it was. Thank you guys for the good racing and great attitudes.
Thanks to Eric and the NorCal crew for putting on a great event. This track is an excellent place to race, and Eric has a lot of his heart in it and is a great guy. Thanks for supporting me and lending a hand, and to each of you that came into the bake/tech booth and dealt with the voltage drama have my highest thanks; without your help the racers would be hating on me pretty hard about now.
I know I didn't please everyone, but a good buddy of mine used to say "it is what it is" and I promise you'll get over it soon.
Thanks to Ling, Louie, Art, and anyone I asked "who are you" 5 times in 5 minutes. I appreciated all the help and all of the patience I got this weekend from you all. NorCal and ROAR was a little short handed but we did a great job IMO and that is in part to the patience of our racers.

Thank you Wes for having my trim my wing so much that made me realize how much it makes a difference. I had no idea!
On serious note, for my first Roar race, you made things very smooth and easy for me to get my car through tech. I'm sure plenty others will agree.

Great job of teching Wes. You were certainly the Iron Man of the event.

At the Airport Waiting to Fly home... What a great event this was. I really enjoyed my time at Norcal. The Norcal staff was awesome, and I hope all of the locals realize how great this place is to have access to. If I lived out here I would be seriously tire poor . ROAR did a great job running the event and Wes in Tech was fabulous. Everything ran very smooth and was very relaxing. I personally really liked the format of the practice, and for once it felt like I had enough time to figure out my car and the track. Thanks to all of the locals for their fine hospitality. Ling was a great help to me and was a very valuable resource at the track. The Florida guys were a great fun and in the words of Felix Law, all I can say is vijay...jay! Until next time...if all works out I would love to come back out and run the Reedy race. Thanks to Randy Pike for the help with the Tekin, it is always great to have the companies on site to help when something is a miss.
Korey I hope you enjoy the Sun Block as I think you might need it!
Kevin and Eric did a great job and should be commended for their effort and top notch facility.
Thanks again,
Art

Great race and great facility. I can't wait for the 1/8 electric Nats and the 2011 Reedy!
