Default 2 Lipo charge questions

Hello,

Could you tell me in your experience what you think about these statements about charging 7.4V Lipo's for use in 1/10 on road brushless cars :

+ is it true that you can feel a significant power difference if you charge your Lipo before the race in comparaison to a Lipo that was charged a week before ?

+ can you feel a power difference if you charge a lipo with 1C charge in comparaison with 0.5C charge (for instance a 5000Mah Lipo charging with 5A versus 2.5A)

Thanks

1. You don't want to charge your LiPo and let it sit for a week fully charged

2. Just charge it the night before, 99% of the time your going to practice the following morning, so once your done practicing throw it back on the charger and it would negate your question

3. keeping it simple by charging at 1C is always the best way to go, if you have a 5000 pack charge at 5amps, but you wont normally feel a difference, except on your watch cause it'll take longer to charge if your at .5C
