This looks to be an amazing car.....and I am a bit bummed, mine is paid for and in the mail, but it looks like I am going to have to sell it, due to the recent closure of our local onroad track. So I am going to stick with the dirt....If anyone's interested just send me a pm, not looking to give it away though......Serious bummer!!!!!

That's the thing. Tungsten carbide is not a metal. And I doubt your watch/whatever is made of it. It would be quite useless actually. Like all very hard materials (diamond for instance), WC2 is easily chipped if hit and non repairable. I doubt you can polish it at all, let alone to mirror finish. Perhaps it's worth checking with your jeweller again to see what part if any in your watch is tungsten carbide.

You have a lot to learn niznai
And I dont think he said it was a metal. He said "like any metal it can be polished" meaning it can be polished like metals

Anyone tried different gearing combinations to come up with a 4.8ish fdr? Since the t3 has a 1.9 ratio now I am going to have to change my gearing some. I'm going to need to purchase some smaller spurs but would like to know if a 90/35 and / or a 90/36 will fit alright.
