Have been using Photon geared diff in my CEFX with great results (its metal geared) but would like to be able to use the T3 with properly engineered metal geared diff especially with mod motor

Did you use NT1 front or NT1 rear?

Which 38T pulley?
Yeah I agree with you lol. I used a Nt1 rear diff, stock 38 tooth ball diff pulley. Its a pretty simple mod, just take your time, takes about 30 mins to make nice

Went to the track yesterday, Ran 6 or 7 packs through and my diff is still fine, hasnt leaked, and the two spider gears worked fine with a 4.5 and a huge rotor. I will have to abuse it for a few race days and see what happens, but I dont see anything to go wrong really. I also shimmed up my motor mount bulkheads like the Tamiya team has been doing, that worked great! Top deck has a 1mm shim under the screws and it didnt tweak. Good for high speed sweepers and all

No problems. Sorry for the lack of proper packaging. I have the packaging now but didn't want to delay sending out perfectly good part cause the header cards were still printing. Also nice to have so much interest from Australia. The parts I make for the Losi nearly always go OS. Nothing wrong with that, in fact thats what I expected, but still nice to have OZ made parts used in OZ.

I have about 150 hours on my NT1 gear diff with no issues at all.

Everyone keeps asking about if it has to be the front or rear NT1 diff, and you have to use the rear diff or you won't have enough material to mount the 38t modified diff gear.

What gear oil did you use and how do you like your exotek chassis. Any difference for you? Could you also show a pic of the shimmed top deck and motor mount?

Honestly I dont know I mixed some oils around, and because I used only two spider gears instead of four I had to use thicker oil. This weekend I am going to try with 1500 or 2000 to see what its like. I think 1500 will be like 1000 with four gears. And the chassis didnt seem much different really, just corner speed because nothing rubs the ground now, same with the gear diff too lol I can hammer the throttle and rip out of a corner but theres no point because id have to slam the brakes for the next, just no more rebuilds
