Default Tire Tweak

Has anyone ever used Trinity Tire Tweak 2000?

From what I've found on the net, you apply it after you've applied traction compound, and it's supposed to prolong the effect. Like suntan lotion.
But I'm looking for some practical guidelines here; how many minutes before the race to you put it on? And do you effectively mix the oil and the traction compound? And if you use suntan lotion, what brand, and what factor?
