What cars are you guys using to run Pro10??

It's a class I always wanted to run when I was a kid. I badly wanted a Trinity EVO 10 but was too young to afford one.

We use Associated RC10R5, CRC Calandra, Corally 10SL, Xrays X10 link, RCDevil PC10H3X. CRC is the car most people have here. One friend wants to convert his Yokomo 1/12 to 1/10 with a conversion kit available.

can anyone confirm that this part will fit a 10L2 pod? CRC 13361

http://teamcrc.com/crc/modules.php?n...prodID=7718872

it looks promising since i 'think' the CRC t-bar and side plates were interchangeable with the 10l2?

thanks for the history lesson.

I called CRC and the said the plate is for their old 1/12th car. It's the same as a 12L3.

Does the wing come separate or is it molded with the body? Can't tell in the picture.

I just had a peek. It's molded on. it looks like it could be trimmed off and mounted on wire if need be.

I left mine in the original (as molded) position, and also didn't cut out the area between the body and wing (just masked it and left it clear) since the speeds on our indoor track don't require the downforce, and the extra strength is useful. That's assuming that the downforce is improved by cutting the plastic, which I haven't yet determined.

If you cut out this area, then it's possible to adjust the downforce by blocking off some of the cutout with clear tape.

One nice thing about the Jaguar: it has the widest front end of any body I've used: 233mm. There's plenty of protection for the front wheels, even at full steering lock.

Bob,
What else is there to do in Glasgow, Montana??!! I want to come out an visit the place, but I'm not sure what I'd do after that! I looked at Glasgow on Google Earth and didn't see much. However, listening to the Hog Report while on hold is a highlight of making an order with you!

We use local radio for our "music on hold" here at Stormer Hobbies. Lot of people think it's pretty wild and interesting, so we roll with it. You're gonna hear hog report, wheat production numbers, random Elvis songs, various top 40, and typical small town radio. I want to say one time a customer was listening to the "tradio" show (show where local people call in to sell things), and he heard something he was interested in, hung up on us and called the lady back, bought the item and she shipped it to him. Some kind of antique jug/plate farm-thingy you can't find in Florida. He called back to tell us about it, and order a car. ...lol...

Hopefully though, you never get to hear it and we get you handled FAST!

Small town radio...
