You see them more in 1/12TH than Pro-10. They use a strip of firmer compound rubber at the outside edge of the wheel to prevent the sidewall from folding over under the pressure of cornering. The most common is a Yellow compound tire with a strip of Gray at the edge.

Thanks. I figured it would only be of some niche use.

Now I have another question. I am finally getting around to installing the 235mm widening kit on my crc gen x le, and I have no idea what to do. Like I have said I got the car used and it isn't completely stock. It has the lay down servo mount which looks like it changes how I mount the front of the widening kit. it doesn't help that there are no instructions that I can find anywhere online

Default RCdevil 235mm pan car

Hey all.

It is with much regret that I am having to sell my near new RCdevil PC10H3X 235mm pro10 car chassis. It is to be sold with a small mountain of spares and the whole lot will be sold at nearly half the price of the new car kit. It has only done one race meeting and is in near perfect condition. Any and all interested in the car please send me a pm. Kind regards, Glen.

Hi m8,
I tried the TF1 and 2, I like the TF-1. Works pretty well, the TF-2 lacks grip.
I heard the TF-3 gives some more grip than the 1, its on its way here but I dont have it yet. Its also supposed to be more agressive on the tire so I hope it wont make em chunk easily.
Before I allways ran CS high grip and this is about the same. My problem with the CS stuff is that my LH seems to be doing months over his order and the xceed stuff is in stock at RC market...

I have ordered TF-1 low grip. Letīs see how works

Quante, that Q10 car is very nice!!! I like that double wishbone front system!!!

I have seen similar concept cars at www.rcpancar.se maybe same car..

I have a friend with a Calandra Stranahan car, but i think they donīt exist anymore...

Hehehe, thanks, it is a very nice car indeed and I still have it standing here.
Ran extremely great as well but the lack of time to do testing has driven me to a Corally 10SL since last year.
But I still plan to reput the electronics in because the car has way more mechanical grip than any other pancar I've had.

I had visions similar to that for an idea to use on the rear of an F1 car (using Tamiya GT01 front parts) but I never put it to practice.
I may just have to look at my idea again now I've seen yours

What am I doing wrong? Every so often after a diff rebuild I damage my spur as per photos. Tends to happen fast, ie during first run.
I always use 3racing spurs. Steel balls used for this build. They usually last well. Last spur probably did 10-15 runs before motor moved after a big bump and it got chewed by the pinion. The ball holes still looked OK.
