It seems to handle as much motor as you can throw at it. Here's a video of one at our track with a boosted 6.5t - https://www.facebook.com/shannon.ove...2684792107307/

If we used the full 1/8 track, we'd probably drop to a 5.5 or similar.

only reason i ask is, i've asked about running mod before and i was directed to the vip chassis and others were said to need upgraded chassis'. good for stock, not so much for mod.

Not sure, we don't have any VIP cars here to compare with.

Since switching my Serpent S100LT to 2S, I've been going through diff bearings at an alarming rate. I end up with a crunchy diff every run or two. As a 1S WGT car, the bearing would last a whole event; 5 runs plus practice. Will have to look into a thrust bearing kit to take the stress off of the diff bearing.

I'm going through the same situation with my s100ltr 235mm pro10. but i don't mine because i have the fastest pro10 at my track and if that's all i have to do to stay on top I don't mind.

What is your spur size? I would try a Fenix gear diff but the smallest 64p is an 84t!
