Virtually all pancars, 12th and 10th scale use the 1/8" diff balls. Go with the Kimbrough spurs, they will last and indeed make sure that the bearings are in good condition as well as the space between the pinion and spur...

Also check the locknut on the diff on regular bases and replace when needed...

What rollout would you guys recommend on a medium-large track with medium-high grip, 10.5t 2s?

That depends on which motor and ESC you are using.

But without that info I would say somewehere around 40 - 45mm. roll-out. Then check the motor temp every 2 minutes and go up or down from there. Also try to listen to the motor when you are accelerating on the straight. If the motor is at its top RPM within a some meters then go to a higher roll-out. If it keeps on revving up until the end, go a to a lower roll-out.

If you know how to set up a tekin rollout should be around 36-40mm.

MIX bodies reproduced the 235mm Hotbodies Nissan. Yet another body to add to the list.

The RC10L2 doesn't work with the D-rings in the diff yet and also still has a left hub with a set screw. This type of axle is near vintage and actually it is not really a bad thing that you have broken it because now you can replace it with a good type axle that works with the newer D-drive diff rings and has a clamping left hub...

The answer??? IRS...

Go for the complete axle set from IRS including al the hubs and hardware, it will please you and your car...
