Pro 10: 235mm Le Mans Prototype Pan Car Discussion
#1996
I wish you very much fun with the car and thank you for the the nice words!
Why do you donīt mount the Front Body holder not on the bumper?
It is better for more downforce.

This is quite an interesting discussion. Am I right in my thinking that its the moving mass thats deciding how to put the dampers? Or is there other things around this?

They are on the bumper, but not in the most forward holes. That would be right in the area between the front spoiler and the front part of the body if I put them in the front holes on the bumper. It differs 10 mm now. What about that shock mounting discussion? Whats your opinion Tobias?
#1999
Ah ok. That makes sence.
My opinion is like Joostīs and Royīs but my reason is: It looks better for me
Sure, for weight it is better to turn they 180° but if you notice on track...?
i have the feeling if the sideshocks in position as yours i have to rebuild the shocks earlier than backwards...but maybe i feel wrong.

Yup, really nice and I can highly recommend it to anyone that wanna test a high quality build. Not the cheapest out there, but compared to what you normally get from "the big ones" this one really shines....

pro10 tires on aphsault
hi all whats a good starting point for tyres on a unprepped netball court
#2003
What kind of material is a netball court? Asfalt?
#2004
its a aphsault track
#2005
It depends on how much grip there already is on the track. Outside temperature is also important.
Tell us more about the conditions please...

Hello all
I have bought a used corally 10sl 235mm
Can you explain what sort of ride height and how to adjust ride height and droop
I would be happy if you could
I drove car once and broke the front lower arm (oops )
I find the car is not bad, but if you put too much power too quick it will spin out and the same under hard braking ?
Regards

Hello Vernon,
if you drive on a plain outdoor track, you should have about 4mm clearance on the front end and 5mm on the rear.
You set it with the plastic or aluminium bearing holders on the rear axle and those kind of graphite shims below the front end:
(Sorry, I'm not allowed to post the link here)
If it spins on acceleration, you should check that the diff is set hard enough and that the car is tweaked equally for the same balance on the rear tyres.
On those fast pancars you can only brake, when you're going straight. It is common, that it spins, if you brake while steering.

Thank you, Taz,
but Vernon should also find it, if he puts CR5956 (front) or CR75930, CR75535 (rear) into the search on our website.
It hasn't to be our products, only to show the kind of parts....
