Pan car heaven!

What do you folks use to cut the grooves in the rain tires?

@Organicmechanic......We all had to do marshaling
@RoyU...Cut it in the foam tire and then apply tirecaps from Tamiya.
Where the cut away portion is use a rubber band when glueing the tirecaps to the foam.
Or buy Kissling tires
@Spacendeman...Thanks

Regards Roy

I noticed some of the pan cars have a cooling fan for the motors. Would it be legal to mount the fan on the rear of the pod and pull air across the motor and out the back?

I was thinking of fan cars of 70's that produced lots downforce and threw up a lot rubbish from track that became illegal. But I guess the motor fans aren't that strong enough to suck the air out of rc cars to create lots of downforce

Patiently right? lol I don't think I could contain myself that long. I'm wishing I had the funds to snag one, but I just picked up a RC10L2 so that's where I'm stuck...

This is the best price I have found on the foams I prefer, BSR. Fronts @ $18/pair. Rears @ $19/pair. Also a Wisconsin Company, gotta support the locals!
