sc10 battery

i just got a sc10 and am using an nicad battery and the car doesnt run for more than a minute before cutting out, any suggestions?

Yes, move this post to the off-road area where a ton of SC10 guys are and probably invest in a li-po or a NIMH battery. Is the SC10 a RTR or a kit if it's a kit what ESC are you using.

ok didnt realize i was in onroad it is an RTR model i havent had an electric car in years lots changed
