Ouch. I thought my order was their only slip up. Probably they grew too large? Took them five days to ship my order.

Every order I have done in the last year has taken a week before getting shipped.

I can live with it.

What annoys me is when the item takes another week to get to NZ, They must send it to a dozen countries before it gets here.

i ordered with them a few times last year and it only took them 2 or 3 days to process but now its a good 5 to 6 days to process. once its shipped tho its only about a week to get to Aus which is pretty good for normal air mail.
i think niznai is right, maybe they are too big now?

That's pretty damn terrible, HK is just a short flight from Aussie.it should arrive in the country just a few hours after leaving HK and be delivered to your address the following day,at worst an extra day later.

I deal with RCMart albeit on a commercial front and get things in less than a week from ordering. One of the fastest services out of Hong Kong

Example .. ordered 23/8/09 will have tomorrow after clearing customs and paying GST which slows the process by a few days

And to top it off some of the most professional and helpful staff at their end. Maybe it is different for commercial transactions

I think it may have to do with the shipping you choose as well, If you pay the extra few dollars for the express service they may process it first. I always selected that option when the dollar conversion was more in my favour.

Now i figure I'll save a few bucks and it will get here when it .gets here

RCMart can't control the customs nor do they control the mailservice.
But their process time can be better.
