Hi guys,

Just a question, Novak have announced the Novak HAVOK PRO, and locally some guys are asking if this would be a better option v/s Novak GTB speedo ?

As far as i know, the top level esc from novak its still the GTB right ?

After reading their website, sounds like the Havoc Pro is a more advanced version of the GTB, for brushless operation. But the ESC no longer contains the brushed motor functions.

I think the Havoc Pro esc is a little bit cheaper than the GTB. You might want to post this question on the Novak Ballistic thread as either Steve Weis or NovakTwo could get you the answer your looking for.

Hi Pato,

The GTBs and Havoc Pro controllers feature identical performance and low on-resistance. We have added a couple of additional programming features to the Havoc Pro in one programming area with 9 adjustable parameters, instead of the 5 adjustable profiles featured in the GTBs.

The GTBs can be used with brush motors: the Havoc Pros cannot. Both can be used with sensored, BL motors 3.5 and above. The primary advantage is in the Havoc Pro systems in which we pair the HP esc with our recently released Ballistic motors for @195.00.
