So far everyone I've spoken with on the phone that says their turbo isn't working has either had a radio calibration issue or they use Vista and didn't properly remove the previous version of software.

Most often than not it's been some radio wander in the transmitter. We are sensitive to radio signal so we can provide maximum resolution and feedback.

If ANYONE is having a turbo issue please shoot me an email so we can get you sorted out:

I don't now how he does it but the other cars were faster over all of the track but he hath pole and won all 3 finals.

He's obviously a wheel man! We have acouple of those guys in our club too. Doesnt matter what they are driving, you know they will be at the front by the end of the race.

I was also the first one.
Now 8 club members have one and nr 9 is on his way.
Nr 10 will also come soon.
Even SPX drivers change to Tekin. And he is very happy with it.
He is even faster than he was with his SPX.

This is why the Tekin is the best, even with it's issues.

I don't want to start trouble...but honestly how could you say that a product that constantly needs updates to try and compete is the best. I am not trying to hate but seriously this does not make sense to me. I am sure it works well for you, but to say it is the best may be a bit misleading.

The SPX just works no need for updating or downgrading. You plug it in and win...it is that simple.

It is cool that the Tekin is upgradeable, but I would rather not mess with it. I think some of these things distract from focusing on the real deficiencies in RC racing.

I looked very confused when Tekin racers tell me they just loaded the latest profiles.....

Then

I tell them ....

Out of the box the LRP SXX stock profile is dialed....

I like LRP speedos BUT I dont like spending $175.00 each year for the latest and best when I can just Update my Tekin for FREE.

LRP customer service has been a real headache for me so I just trashed my old speedos and went NOVAK Untill Tekin came out with the RS,RS-PRO.

I only wish Tekin put a TEMP senser in the motor and had Custom temp settings to prevent motor failure from user error like the NOVAK GTB does.

That is a nice function.
what does it do when the motor gets to hot?
does it stop or does it lower the speed?

Out of the box the SXX can actually support mod motors without having to switch to an 1/8th scale system.

I drive Mod motors with my Tekin RS Pro.
So what is the problem?
Don't need a 1/8th scale system for it.
Just use the right setup and you have a good mod speedo with a lot of power.
Even with Turbo!
