I can't figure out which one to get for drifting, please some help, suggestions and comments.

They are both great cars.

I think however that the TB03's parts will be around for quite a few years to come.

In most cases it comes down to price and parts availablity in your area.

The new TB03D kit is pretty dialed and ready to lay it down.

Since your application is drifting I would say that either car will do fine. I can still get parts for either one as well so just get what you like. They both will drift.

Oh ok, I got the Yokomo. Parts seem easy to get online and the store by my house has a massive selection of yokomo parts. Will they come back to the USA?

I am sure they will be back. They have done well in the US market in the past, and they have an excellent touring car that has recently been released. I dont know officially, but I am certain that they are working on lining up a new distributor for the US.
