Yeah Trinity! It's too bad someone else has to go through what so many of us have in the past, Trinity's customer service sucks big time, almost as bad as their quality control on their products.

Dont get me wrong, I really want to like the car and I want to race it but it is new sitting on my desk and I am out 7 bills. I just hope that they can come up with the parts soon as I dont think that it is fair for me to wait a month with a new car for parts.
Well, you're not out 700 completely, just the cost of the car. If I managed that hobbytown, i would exchange the kit with the same or a different type and then take up the matter with Trinity. It's obviously a quality control problem and HobbyTown management would have a better time dealing with them than you would.

A friend of mine bought that car and it was missing parts. Trinity's excuse is that they need parts for the car for snowbirds. If you know someone going to snowbirds ask them to talk to Chad and get the parts for you.

You wouldn't be the first person to have problems with the Reflex12 ,and won't be the last!!IT seems to me Trininty pushes to get product out there without working on getting all the "bugs" out of it first. This has happen with other products that they have made and it won't be the last. The thing about this is by the time they finally get all the problems taken care of ,the "new" version or a complete new replacement is out.Meanwhile there is people that have spent a lot of money getting the car ( or what ever the product is) right ,or just given up on it .Then it end's up on the shelf barely used ,leaving the customer upset and thinking of getting some thing else.
If you are looking into getting another 1/12 look at associated, crc, kawada 300m,hyperdrive and speedmerchat ,to name a few!

All I really want at this time is a car that I can take around the track! It is killing me just looking at it sitting there. I will give Trinity until Fri, than it will go back to hobbytown for an exchange.

CRC have the BEST service in the RC business!

That's a nice glob of solder hanging down from that battery bar there brandon

Looks like a nice car, but for the more beginner i'd stick with a L3 or CK or Rev 3.
