3racing F109

That's what i was having fun with, going full pelt up the straight and almost coming to a standstill as the car dived through the deep puddles.
Had to put the F104 front wing on as the F109 wing sat too low for the puddles causing it to dig in too much.

Not HPI, or F201 (both use touring car 12mm hex)
Yes to F103 F104 F109 Cross Zen
And if you can get hold of some 5mm x 8mm flanged bearings then you can fit Pro10 wheels to the front.
Still working on rear axle, but a bit of unsulating tape around the Pro10 bearings will allow them to fit snuggly in to the Tamiya/3racing axle height adjusters.
Only problems I have come across are:
1) most 200mm pan car axles too short
2) rear link arm supports get in the way, so wheels need to be triimed on inside so they fit axle and get inside 200mm, else it's a longer axle and 210mm.

RIDE No 2400 front tire Type A
RIDE No 2401 Rear tire Type A
RIDE No 25000 front wheel luster silver
RIDE No 25001 Rear wheel luster silver
These tires are made for the F103, but will fit on the F104 with slight modification to the front wheels only... you have to trim off about 1 mm from the inside edge of the wheel....
hope this helps

What foams are you guys running this car on asphalt? I am having trouble planting the rear with Zen's on medium bite asphalt track.

is there any store that actually has 25 and 30 shore rear foam tires in stock? looks like whenever I find some they have one last pair.

Hi All
I've been building my f109 for a build / review thread on my blog. I'm really impressed with the overall quality of the car. Especially for the price. I will be racign it on a tight indoor carpet circuit with a 13t sensorless motor (which is going to be our reg motor for the F1 class).
I'm wondering other than the castor plate, what hop-ups would be worth getting?
Cheers
