Are there some adaptator to fit GT200mm body ?

Like this prolineracing.com/products/Mulsanne_LMP_Clear_Body-73-47.html

Could you put the F103Gt front bumper on it ?

no to the bumper as it uses a Touring Car fitment.
wheelbase may be too long for the Mulsanne?

Default Missing Part

Guys, I need some help. My F1-09 kit was missing one of the 4.7mm female threaded ball studs for the "drag links" to the pod from the main chassis. Where can I get one?

Thanks abe-racing.

I bought it from RC Station in Hong Kong. I didn't want to have to wait who knows how long to get one little 4.7mm ball. I was hoping there was something that could be substituted from another kit or something.

I will find the part number and post it up.

Default 3 Racing F109 Spur Gear Choice

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and have been reading through this thread about the 3Racing F109. I am considering buying one of these but have a question about changing the spur gear to 48 pitch rather then using the 64 pitch as I will be racing outdoors.

Has anybody used a 48 pitch spur gear that fits into this kit without any modifications such as spacers etc.

Cheers

Nic

you can use 48 pitch...the kit utilizes the 3 racing adapter ring in the center hole of the spur gear...any robinson racing spur should be usable.

guys i been playing around out the front with the car. out of the box it wasnt so great. just slid everywhere. there isnt much grip out front, but my gas cars are still drivable out there.
i played last night with a few things. i left the side damper stock. i used the silver springs in the spring kit for the sides, stiffened it up a bit. went to zero droop on the back with shock spring adjustment. car was better.
but the biggest change was to use one of my Gas springs on the shock. Serpent front short orange spring. http://www.serpent.com/product/160302/
this with Zero droop made the car more stable under power around a corner.
a tight diff setting also helps. a loose diff tends to spin the wheel up easier closest to the spur.
i felt the car was pretty good like this. then i added 60 grams of weight on the back near the wing. the car is very good now. this is with std tires on the car.
i have a new set coming for this weekend if they get here in time
but the car shuold be really good with a track with some grip

3 races on carpet. 3x 2nd place (out of 15). no mater how I play with the adjustments it is always about the tires. I tired heavier battery, lighter battery, side springs, central spring, weight on the rear pod no real change. the car works with right tires. (38shore front, 30shore rear no traction compound allowed until next race - carpet small tight track with couple high speed sweepers). once I have the right tires I play just a bit with front toe to get more or less steering depending on the track profile

Three second places ain't bad - first win will surely come soon.
For me the stiffer side springs/heavier side shock oil made a BIG difference in handling.

@sergi82 - I think you can use this bearing set for the F1-09
