Al I didn't say the 324 wasn't right, just didn't have the time to test it so went back to the 231, when I get down (next Saturday) am going to go through the 324 and find the sweet setting on it, by the looks of 324 it is set up for 13.5 so may be worth looking at running with that set at stock settings as per the 324 upload, but the Turbo was on level 6 and the timing was on 6 I hjust thought it was a bit vicious for 10.5, but having ramped up 231 maybe I was being 'too' careful with the motor.

Will probably hit 324 as soon as I hit the track and go for it ' as is' next time out. Am told that 318 / 324 are better for the infield rip.

Will keep you posted.

tried various combination both 230 & 231 several times and yet i can't catch up on tekin rspro / lrp ssx ss

i tested it out on a big outdoor track, the gap on both top speed & infield is obvious, it's just no match for other turbo speedo

you may try to benchmark it with other speedo and let see how v324 perform

Good point but remember we are using £70 speedo's here not those costing twice as much, speedos are getting there gradually give them time will find the sweet spot.

Yup i keep telling myself is just a damn cheap esc with steroid

other interesting fact that compare to sxx tc spec (or other hi-end non turbo speedo) v231 still able to compete, more less the same with a good motor temp 60-70C (ambient temp around 35C + 55-60C track surface temp)

Also am not saying the 318/324 are no good just that with the short amount of time that was available was unable to fully explore them, was a bit worried about the amount of timing on 324 though.

As for the small track try those settings above should feel great.
thanks cherry ....

Please guys remember that the supercharger software is only suitables ONLY for the XERUN SENSORED Hobbywing speedos, NOT the EZRUNS.

Models supported are the Xerun 120SD and the Xerun 60SD.

sorry to disappoint.

Default What FDR???

Hey all, I just ordered the XeRun X10 combo (60a/13.5T). Question is, what FDR should I start with in my Cyclone S? To me, the motor has a weird KV for a 13.5 (2,500kv). Most of the other brand 17.5's are between 2,200kv and 2,400kv and the other brand 13.5's are over 3,000kv. What do you think I should start with? The track I run on is a medium size parking lot asphalt track. I just need a good starting point since sometimes the tracks are technical and sometimes they are open. I will be using it straight out of the box and I will eventually buy the 2 in 1 Program Box to update firmware. Thanks in advance...

Thanks a lot...I will start from there. You did send me your "How to Turbo" thing so I will give that a shot after I get this thing all set up and try it out normal.

sorry i didnt mean "324s not right" i meant you prefered the 231, and i was wondering why.
my mate baldman666 and his boy run 10.5 and i run13.5. when we put the 231 sw on, his reved off the scale, the bench and out the door! mine was quite savage as well, but nowhere near his 10.5.
whereas the 110 stock profile im right with him.......
the suggested settings as per speed passions download for the 231 are a lot better than how the firmware upgrade comes. i think your right about the 324 being more for 13.5 or i hope so, as there seems to be a lack of feel in the midrange with 231.
if only theyed release the 324 on beta like the 231 so i could try it...............

I see all this talk about FW versions for different classes. I think I may just order the 2 in 1 program box today so I can join in the fun. Which would be the best version for a 17.5 stock? I will be running on a small/medium asphalt parking lot track. Thanks all...

Program 230 has supposedly 5% more power than 231 maybe you should give that a try.
