Default "Carpet Racers: A Documentary" is needin' some Xtra press...

"CARPET RACERS: A CRASH COURSE, the only documentary about the world of carpet racing, and radio control, is about to hit the film festival circuit.

The film is a year long journey into the funny and often cutthroat subculture of professional, competitive radio control race car drivers.

Press from the world of RC will not only help the film, but help the sport, as CARPET RACERS delves deep into the personalities and excitement that make carpet racing tick. The more festivals CARPET RACERS plays, the greater the chance for wider audiences, more exposure, and an increase in awareness of the great sport of competitive RC."

Anyone in RC or non-RC media that is interested in learning more about this awesome new deal - please contact Jay or Mike from Steel City Hobbies at: mrooney@carpetracers.com or bigindiafilms@yahoo.com. They will fill you on the exciting news and happenings!

Are you filming now? What events have/will be covered? Are you focusing on local, national, international racing?

I'm interested in seeing this.

They started filming in 2005. We absolutely loved the film and think it will be a hit. We were given permission to show some of it on www.rctvlive.com and will have information where you can purchased the DVD. Jeff
