I have always been a huge 1/12th scale fan and want to see this class come to the top again. So, I did not want to release our standard 1S lipo version until we had a product that would not only be a top performer but also have longevity and some other nice features without compromise to performance.
Available end of July.
Pack Specifications
mAh: 5000
C Rating: 40c
max charge rate: 5c

This will not fit t-bar cars you need to make a lipos that
Is the same size as two sub -c cells and then it will work in both
link cars and t-bar cars
Max charge rate = 5c!!! Does that mean you can charge it at 25amps?!?!?!
Was waiting for someone to catch that... To answer the question, it's a yes. We are most likley going to recommend a 1c/2c charge rate but max will indeed be 5c.

So will this pack fit the cut out on the new BMI LiPo spec chassis? Essentially meaning that this pack is the same size square as the existing SMC 1S pack? Now that ROAR standarized a spec for the class, and chassis are being made for this spec, I would think that your pack will fit these chassis, but just want to make sure.
Is it going to be low enough not to hit the center shock on most chassis, looks pretty tall in the pic.
Attached is a pic of the BMI chassis. It fits the SMC pack either upside down with the bumps on top, or with the bumps fitting in to the chassis flush.

Length will be 92mm, width will be 46mm. The height at lowest level will be 18.5mm. All within the Roar rules. I designed it so that the bullet connectors would be on either side of the center shock. I'll post some more details tomorrow.

Do the holes for the bullet connectors face the middle or the outside of the battery? Or perhaps will they will connect from either side?

They will face the outside of the battery. Picture the humps on either side of the front part of the shock near the mount. It should allow for a neat setup.
