Foam donut source?

I'm looking for a source for foam donuts that I can glue onto the 2352x10e23 1/12th wheels/rims I have laying around.

Purple front foams and grey rear foams.

Anyone know a source?

14.50 a pair?

Anyone know a source in bulk? If I wanted to order something like 100 pair?

Calandra Racing should have them

www.stormerhobbies.com has trc foams but there like $16 for a pair of donuts, just a rediculous price imo. If you find a place that sell bulk purple and plaid donuts at a good price, please post.

Here in the UK we have been using the Corally donuts.
The Silver fronts and Gold rears are a match for the purple and Grey proline/trinity rubber.

Street price in the UK is £ 4.50 ( $ 7.56 ) for a pair of front silvers and £ 4.99 ( £ 8.38 ) for a pair of rear golds.

Postage should not add too much if you order 100 sets.

I forgot to put the contact details.

This is the e-mail for Action Model Ctr who stocks the Corally tires

Hope it helps

Try "John's BSR Racing Tires".

Rubber

I used to buy the foam raw materials and make my own foams, as well as supply a bunch of people. I could only get large sheets of flat foam. The company name was "Rubbatex". The foam was like the foam for your shoes.....and the same as we use for R/c cars.

I am not sure of the raw material suppliers for "plaids" Purples" etc.

wannabee....

Good pricing?

$14.95 for rear 1/12 donuts is as high a price as I've seen. Though I've never ran their tires, I'm sure there quality is just fine, though.

I really wish there was a better source for donuts. My LHS sells mounted CRC or Jaco rears for 19 (like most shops). $14.50-14.95 doesn't make it worth the trouble.

Just to help.

If you want donuts. Order 1/10th or 1/8th scale rear wheel on-road donuts. per donut you can get 2 to 3 wheels. Depends on the width you are running.

Thats the cheap way to do it.
