if you want the ability to really fine tune your servos.. get the 2343 programmable.....if you just want a digital fast servo.. you can get the 2143 (thats the one i currently use). the 2143 is the high speed. i think the 2144 is hi torque. someone correct me on that.

of course with the VFS-1, Helios and 2343 you'll have the fastest set of electronics in your car ever made!

Airtronics (M8) 27 band crystals do work in Ko radio's. There are a couple of guys at my track running them.

Will the Futaba 9550 work on the Helios even though it is not a KO Propo servo?

As far as i know, the only xtal's that work with KO is Futaba besides KO's own ones.

Hi,
I just got a helios. What is the best KO servo for 2wd buggy. I've been looking at the 2123. Can I use this with AHSR? Thanks!

Yes, the 2123 will not give you any compatibility issues. I run that servo in my mod truck, and on my on-road sedan.

As far as crystals go, any 27mhz fm crystal should work in any radio. Look at novaks 27mhz xxl receiver, they only sell one for all brands. Its 75mhz that you have to break into different manufacturers. I have even used am 27mhz crystals in my helios in a pinch and they worked although I was a little scared of glitching but they worked fine. Hope that may help a little.

Default Flashing LED's

Hi,

Is there any way to disable the flashing LED's on the top of the radio for ABS and throttle curves? it gets really annoying when you drive I keep seeing out of the corner of my eye (I tend to hold the transmitter at shoulder height).

Other then disabling ABS and throttle curves of course .

Thanks,
Tony

Put a piece of tape over it?
Or take a Sharpie and paint over it
