Default Any new features on C2

I see there's new EX-10 Helios C2....

Any new features / different with the previous one ?
I see the price is quite high compare to the old EX-10, is it because it include the alum box and adjustable angle ?
How bout the Rx, still the same ?

Thanks for the info....

Same Rx and Tx, just has the added limited products (case, wheel, angle adjustment, screws, super module) to it.

The super module is CPU driven with a heat sink built in. The standard module is resistor driven. The super module increases effeciency, wave signal is doubled, more linear and a little faster response.

At this moment, 27 and 40 MHz are the only two frequencies that the super module is made for. 75MHz doesn't look promissing due to the cost of getting FCC approval.

I thought about doing the Spektrum mod but I have a funny feeling that KO might be bringing out there own 2.4 and I don't want Robert to look at me funny if I have to have work done on my Helios, and the Spek mod is done on it......lol

The way I did it, the only thing that gets modified is the antena support on top of the radio. I did not want to drill up anything else (except a small hole in the side of the Spektrum case for the wire to pass through). The antena support is not part of the main case of the radio. It is replacable.

I just got a much more lipo tx battery for my helios.

Question - the male connector is not a futaba plug, what kind of connector does KO use for their tx? And where can I order some?

Question - not in line with the above question, but what is the thread size and length of the gold screws.
