Hi Everyone. About a year and a half ago we had a racer come to Trackside hobbies (my home track), His name is Jeremy Geotsch. Jeremy has been batteling cancer for quite a while and was always undergoing treatment and surgeries to fight it, when he felt good enough he would drive 2 hrs with his wife Amy to come race. Jeremy has three young children and is a huge fan of RC and all types of racing and even raced real cars with his father in the past. He is also a much-improved rc racer in his time racing at trackside.
About two weeks ago we got word from his wife Amy that he was not doing well. Scotty Ernst, Sarah Ernst, and I traveled to see him a couple of times recently. His spirits are amazing and he is being very strong but we could all tell that his illness has really taken its toll.
Like anyone I have been trying to think of ways to help a friend. I told Jeremy that no matter what happens I would do something for him and his family, I see no better time than now to try.
I would like to do some RC work for a donation to his family. My initial thought is to build cars, Im hoping that there are some people who will read this and want to have a car built by me for a donation to the Geotsch family of $150. Obviously XRAY cars would be most benificial do to my experience with XRAY's products.
If anyone is interested in this Please PM me, we will exchange phone numbers and work out the details. I dont know how this will work, demand for it or not so anyone interested will have to work with me a bit.
Thanks, Paul Lemieux

Sup Paul? I applaud your efforts. I have no need for a build but would like to help out. Not sure how fast you are looking to present this family with the gift but if it will be after the Challenge I will get with you there. If you plan to give it before shoot me a PM and we will figure out how Colton and I can get something up your way. Look forward to seeing you in Memphis. Make sure and stop by the Wildwood Trailer to visit, soak up some cold AC and partake in a cold beverage!
