give me the run down so i know
ok, im just started playing around with a on road touring car. i know setting a touring car up is diff then and off road car. can some one give me the run down about how sock to spring rate works. pritty much just a run down on setting the car up to the way i drive. im will be running in the super stock class and modified. i have looked throw and cant find one that just talking about that. most i have seen talk about what someone should do diff but i dont know what there set up is like to start with.

sorry now that i look at it i would of worded it batter. i wont the run down. on set up what does what on a on road car, i know how it works on an off road car but not a on road does that help.
